It's time to finally THRIVE in a life of food freedom and body confidence

imagine if THRIVE

  • You no longer felt guilt or shame for eating your favourite foods

  • You loved and connected deeply to your higher self with an unwavering sense of self worth

Hey! We are Cassie & Ariana

Aussie and Canadian dietitian besties, diet culture dropouts and avid pizza connoisseurs.

We’re also the co-founders of Embody Health London where we have helped thousands of women feel worthy in their body and (finally) achieve food freedom – for good!

Our journey began in 2018 when we met at one of London’s leading weight loss clinics. At the time, we both thought this was our dream job because we had an underlying passion to help others improve their health and we believed weight loss was the answer. After all, this is what our dietetic training had taught us and surprise, surprise, we are also victims of diet culture!

Over time, we began to notice clients returning months after we had seen them and helped them achieve their weight loss goals (in what we believed was a very sustainable way). Eventually we put the pieces together and witnessed first-hand, that diets simply do. not. work.

When humans rely on external references, such as a diet or the scales, they start to lose trust with themselves and their body. Through our own research and lived experience, we started to realise it wasn’t that people were failing, it’s that diets are failing them.

Our food behaviours and health are inextricably linked to our psychology and are deep rooted in our belief systems, social health, environmental health, mental health, socio economic status and genetics. In short, we are all unique and so should be our approach to health and wellbeing.

Many trainings, adventures and dinner dates later, Embody Health London was born. A non-diet, weight-inclusive, private clinic, specialising in body image work, disordered eating and chronic dieting.

We are a part of the movement to challenge diet culture and help women find food freedom and body acceptance. And it feels pretty powerful.

You have one shot at this thing called life and you are worth investing in.

Are you ready to invest in yourself?
